What we collect

How we use it

We do not sell your personal data.

Companies and their clients

When a company uses Quadro, the company decides what its assistant knows and does. Each company's data is kept separate from every other company's. The company is responsible for how it uses its clients' information, and we process it on the company's behalf.

Calls and recordings

When Quadro phones someone for you, the call may be recorded and transcribed so we can send you the result. Quadro tells the person on the call that it is an AI assistant and that the call may be recorded.

Who we share it with

We use trusted service providers to run Quadro: WhatsApp (Meta) for messaging, cloud hosting and database services, AI language-model providers, and voice and telephony providers. They may only use data to provide their service to us. We may also disclose information when the law requires it.

Where it is stored and for how long

Data may be processed on servers outside the UAE. We take steps to protect it, including access controls and encryption in transit. We keep waitlist details until you ask us to remove them or we finish the beta, and task data for as long as needed to provide the service, unless you or your company ask us to delete it sooner.

Your choices

This policy is written to follow the UAE Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021 on the Protection of Personal Data. We will update this page if our practices change.
