These terms apply when you use quadro.ae or join the Quadro waitlist, and when you use Quadro. Quadro is operated by [legal company name], Dubai, United Arab Emirates ("we", "us"). By using it you agree to these terms.

What Quadro is

Quadro is an AI assistant that works through WhatsApp. It can search, browse, make phone calls, fill in forms and prepare orders and bookings on your behalf. It is in private beta, so features may change and some things may not work as expected.

You stay in control of spending

Quadro asks for your approval before it spends money. Nothing is paid until you approve it. Please read the amount and who is being paid before you approve.

AI can make mistakes

Quadro uses artificial intelligence, which can be wrong or misunderstand a request. Check important details such as dates, amounts and names. We do not promise that a task will always succeed or that results are error-free.

Your responsibilities

Give us accurate information and use Quadro only for lawful purposes.
Do not use Quadro to harass, mislead or defraud anyone, or to break the rules of any website or service.
You are responsible for any approvals you give and for content you send us.
If Quadro calls someone for you, do not ask it to deceive them or to record them where the law forbids it.

Companies

A company that sets up its own Quadro is responsible for the information it provides, for the instructions it gives its assistant, and for having the right to contact its clients. Separate commercial terms agreed in writing apply to company plans.

Messages

By joining the waitlist you agree to receive WhatsApp messages from us about your place and about Quadro. You can reply STOP at any time.

Availability and liability

Quadro is provided "as is" during the beta. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for losses caused by third-party services, websites or networks that Quadro relies on. Nothing in these terms limits any right you have that cannot be limited by law.

Changes and law

We may update these terms and will post the new version here. These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates as applied in the Emirate of Dubai. Questions: hello@quadro.ae.
